STAGE I: EXHAUST + INTAKE + TUNING

STAGE I BENEFITS:

A stage 1 upgrade is ideal for riders who want to enhance the performance, look and sound of their motorcycle. This is the most cost-effective step to improve performance and is a required step for future performance upgrades.

After the tune, it allows more Air and Fuel to move through the engine for better performance, this step is the foundation for all future stage upgrades.

STAGE I PERFORMANCE

The rider will feel up to a 10%* increase in performance when compared to stock bikes throughout the entire RPM range.

STAGE II: STAGE I + CAM UPGRADE

STAGE II BENEFITS:

Customers have a choice of a TORQUE CAM or POWER CAM based on their riding style, while adding style they have the choice of Black or Chrome pushrod covers. 

A performance cam increases both the lift in the valve train (pushing the valve open farther) and the duration of the valve opening (how long the valve stays open).

STAGE II PERFORMANCE:

TORQUE KIT“I want instant power to pass at crusing and highway speeds”

The rider will feel up to a 15%* increase in performance when compared to stock bikes in the low to mid RPM range. Experience responsive throttle and acceleration that can be felt at slower speeds, perfect for passing slow-moving vehicles without downshifting.

POWER KIT: “I want to feel the power build and then pull all the way to the redline”

The rider will feel up to a 25%* increase in performance when comparing to stock bikes in the mid to upper RPM range. Experience the rush with the burst of speed while heading toward the redline. 

STAGE III: STAGE II + BIG BORE CYLINDERS + PISTONS

“I want instant power that lasts throughout the entire RPM Range. Bigger is better”

STAGE III BENEFITS:

Ideal for riders who want the largest engine displacement and increased power throughout the entire RPM range. An increase in engine displacement allows the engine to swallow more air and fuel, while a higher-compression piston squeezes the air and fuel into a more volatile mixture, generating more power when ignited.

Displacement increases are accomplished with larger cylinders, matching pistons and the proper cam upgrade.

A Stage III upgrade kit can take your standard 114C.I. or 117C.I. to a 122C.I. or if you own a 107C.I. to a 119C.I., giving your Harley-Davidson® a significant boost in performance.

STAGE IV: STAGE III + CYLINDERS HEADS + THROTTLE BODY

STAGE IV BENEFITS:

Ideal for riders who want the absolute best Harley-Davidson® performance upgrade available. The Stage IV upgrade provides the highest-level performance upgrade available to provide a maximum increase in displacement, compression and flow. Higher-flowing CNC ported cylinder heads and larger bore throttle body increase the velocity and feed large volumes of air and fuel into the engine, which maximizes power on a larger displacement engine.

Combines ported cylinder heads and larger throttle body in combination with cylinders, matching pistons and proper cam upgrade.

The final step in making your Harley-Davidson® the performance machine of your dreams the Stage IV upgrade kit takes a standard 114C.I. or 117C.I. to a mighty 131C.I. or if you have a 107C.I. boosting it to a 128C.I. giving you that extra punch for peak performance.

Tuning: Required Recalibration for all Stages

All Screamin’ Eagle performance upgrades require Engine Control Module (ECM) recalibration, also known as tuning.  

We have many different tuning options available for these including SE Super Tuner, Maximus, Powervision and Woolich to name a few.
